SPICY SALTED EGG SHRIMP RECIPE

WHAT YOU WILL NEED :

* 2 tablespoon oil

* Ā½ stick butter

* 6 cloves garlic -minced

* 2 pieces Thai chili or dried chili flakes

* 4 pieces salted egg yolks

* 125 ml nestle table cream or all purpose cream. you can use evaporated milk

* 1/2 water

* 1 pound shrimp

* Siracha chili sauce ( optional)

* 1 medium size chopped Bell Pepper or you can add green or red chilis for a more spicy kick

* Garlic powder

* Salt| spring onion| or shallots

How to make Spicy Salted egg Shrimp:

1. Heat oil and melt butter in a pan over medium heat.

2. Add the minced garlic.

3. In a small bowl mash the salted egg yolk, then add salted egg yolks and mash using the back of a spoon.

4. Add the chili peppers or dried chili flakes, shiracha (optional) and pour in the cream and water and mix until well blended and sauce becomes creamy.

5. Season with salt, garlic powder and pepper.

6. Stir in shrimp and bell pepper or red and green chilis . Toss and cook shrimp until done. ( do not overcook the shrimp).

7. Serve with a steaming hot rice and Enjoy!
