Sun dried Bolinao fish. Cooked fried until crisp. Best with spicy vinegar dip.


Tuyo - ibinilad sa araw na isda. Pinainitan hanggang ma-tuyo. Tapos sinawsaw sa sukang may siling labuyo.


Parang ikaw, smelly and salty, pero tasty.

Swabe, kaya nga I'm in love tu-yo pare. 😁
