Akoy Pilipinong Makaisaw
Minamahal ko
Ang Isaw na aking kinasanayan
Ulam ng aking lahi
Ako’y kanyang binubusog
At tinutulungang
Maging malakas sa kanin,kamayan at inuman
Dahil mahal at miss ko ang pinoy na Isaw
Pakikinggan ko ang kalam ng aking tiyan
Susundin ko ang panlasang aking kinagisnan
Ipapromise ko na kumain nang nakakamay
Na nagsasawsaw sa sukang manamisnamis at maanghang
Ibbigay ko ang aking buong sarili
Habang kumakain nang may pagmamalaki at buong kalakasan bilang senyales ng pagmamahal ko sa Isaw.
Eto ba ang sign na mag Excersice or mag extra rice ..😜😋
Isaw is one of the famous and most affordable Pinoy street food. It is a filipino comfort food made from a cleaned ,boiled marinated pork or chicken intestines grilled to perfection.
One of the best thing about isaw is eating it on a late afternoon grill or dinner time with seasoned spicy vinegar paired with rice and ice cold beer or softdrinks ( soda) together with your friends and family. That makes this pinoy classic street food more satisfying.
I personally love eating Isaw. I have several favorite go to place isaw tambayan and kainan in the local streets of Manila and my hometown Quezon province where I had my isaw shared moments. Good thing we found a good place here in abroad where we can still enjoy the distinctive taste of pinoy isaw.
We finally was able to try again our favorite Toto’s Grill isaw here in Las Vegas. One of the best pinoy street food we ever had after coming out from the quarantine. They served different kinds of pinoy street food and we loved them all. It is a bit pricey but once you eat their isaw you’ll just forget the price (Hahaha) and just savor the moment and remember the good stuff. 😉

Ilang stick pa ba ang iihawin oh giliw ko
Ilang dolyar pa ba ang ibabayad oh giliw ko
Kukunin ko ang lahat pati ang suka nyo
Huwag nyo lang ipagkait ang isaw na ito Matikman lang kita isaw ay
Walang katapusang ligaya.
At asahang iuulam ka
Sa tanghali , sa gabi at umaga
Huwag ka sanang magtanung at mahduda
Dahil ang panlasa ko ay walang pangamba
Magiisaw tayo ng buong ligaya. 🎶
Masarap iulam sa kanin at patok na patok na pulutan. Kapag Isaw ang nasa hapag kainan siguradong mapapa extra rice ka.
Kanin to Isaw: Isaw ka diba Isaw lang kasi ang mahal at gusto kong ko wala ng iba. 😜
