Ahh that Fry-day goodness !
Feel it as as much as you can
Said the chicken.
As she excitedly await to sizzle in a pan 😜
She dipped herself in the hot pan
Fell in the deep stream
she’s drenched and you can hear her loudest scream.
And she came out perfectly fine from the burning fire
Oh...Her skin lit up like a golden sun.
“We are like fried chicken.
If we’re going through fire ,We smile. We keep going, for fire defines and reveal our beautiful true skin.“

Everyones loves Fried Chicken! who wouldn’t love fried chicken? It is a comfort food, a finger food, a much loved food by all. Do you ever wonder why? blame it to the saltiness of the fried chicken, the juicy meat, the crunchy and crisp battered chicken skin. That my friend invites our palate to devour on fried chicken.

Everyone has a different way for frying Fried Chicken. But the basic key ingredients for a crispiest result is a combination of the flour with cornstarch. The good thing about this homemade fried chicken recipes is the simplicity of the ingredients that make the dishes tastier.

Simple Crispy Fried Chicken Recipe:
Ingredients:
8pcs chicken ( cut of your choice)
2 cups buttermilk
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
Dredging ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup cornstarch
½ tsp. five spice powder
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Whisk together buttermilk, salt, and pepper, paprika, garlic powder in a mixing bowl. Add in chicken pieces. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate 4 hours.
When chicken is ready, pour the vegetable oil in a skillet enough for deep frying. You can use deep fryer set temperature to 300-350 degrees. In a separate bowl, prepare the breading by combining the dredging mixture.
Remove chicken pieces from buttermilk mixture. Shake off the excess. Toss and coat chicken pieces in the dredging mixture and tap off the excess.
Heat oil. Working in batches place chicken in the hot oil and fry both sides. ( do not overcrowd the pan) Fry each piece for 15 minutes, turning each piece until crispy golden brown.
Remove from the oil and place on paper towels or wire rack. Let them rest for at least 10 minutes before serving.
